Assume The Position
As stag party games go this has to be one of the funniest, combining maximum impact with low cost, it's so easy to organise it would almost be rude not to play it. As the group enters each pub the group leader (usually the best man) holds out a bag of toy soldiers and everybody takes one, making note of the stance adopted by the little plastic fella. At some point, preferably when everyone has forgotten about the whole game the best man shouts out "assume the position", at which point everybody has to adopt the posture of their little army man who they chose earlier on, the results are nothing short of hilarious.
You can always make this a bit more interesting by removing any boring figures from the bag of toy soldiers, leaving only the more interesting ones such as the sniper lying on his front or the little guy throwing a grenade. As with any of our stag party tasks, you have to consider where and when to play. For maximum impact a smaller, quieter venue is the best location, but then again your typical countryside, real ale pub full of regulars enjoying a quiet Saturday afternoon pint may not appreciate this stag night game quite as much as you do.
